Refund policy

We do not accept returns of Woody's Popcorn due to the perishable nature of the products. 

Woody's Popcorn does not provide refunds or replacements for any of the following reasons:         

• Customer ordered incorrect and/or wrong quantity
• Customer provided the incorrect address
• Shipping partner delivered your order earlier than was estimated
• Customer was not present at time of delivery
• Customer provided incorrect information, requiring a re-route or other extension in delivery time
• Customer refused delivery
• Item(s) unable to be delivered due to being shipped to a PO Box
• Item(s) still in transit
